I'm enjoying brightkite atm. A location based microblogging service. I'm intrigued by identi.ca and as always Loics' seesmic. Not too sure about the adoption of video comments alongside the standard text responses. seesmic has a place though ! disqus integration is a clear win there. Ya think FF comments could be relayed back to original posts via disqus in time ? ah comment separation is going to become an issue there me'thinks. - David Smith

Most US Counties have their GIS online. Just search the county, state with GIS. More info than you need on a specific property. Amazing how many Real Estate agents don't know this - Charlie Anzman
