Having sent numerous lmgtfy links to people here, I'm torn. On the one hand, there is nothing wrong with simple ignorance, but being too lazy to try to look something up is ridiculous. On the other hand, mobs seldom behave rationally. They could have easily told her how to find out for herself. On yet another hand, it's the Internet; there are people here who make me think there should be a license to even get online.
