Finally open sourced our GWT RPC annotation processor - http://code.google.com/p... I'm surprised JSR-269 isn't more widely used in the java world.
Does Eclipse support APT post-processing? I've always thought it was a neat idea, but I've just never really used it to solve anything. - Matt Mastracci
I haven't actually used Eclipse in years, we use IntelliJ. But we don't really any IDE integration for apt, we just have an ant task to run the processor manually. Because IDEs are gwt-aware, most changes don't really require the annotation processor anyways, the real advantage is to ensure everything is consistent in a clean build - Chi Hoang
