Here in the Carolina's the upper shoulder is called Boston Butt. We usually have no trouble finding it here in Andrews, SC

That is true. I've heard they call it Boston Butt everywhere but Boston. Also known as Picnic Shoulder. Whatever the name it is a fatty, cheap but very delicious slow cooked meat. I think Boston has a problem with fatty and cheap, they only want lean and expensive:)

By the time youu slow cook it most of the fat cooks down and stays in the pot. Sounds good. Enjoy. Last night my Queen Esther made Venison Chili. It was great. Will have it again today. She is also getting ready to through bread in the oven to smell up the house. She is also making a small loaf for me to break at the LORD's Table tomorrow. Be Blessed.

Confused about Creative Commons and need some help. If a website is licensed CC3.0 NC_BY-Share and Share alike, how do we honor the copyrights of the photos we've purchased from photographers that are not CC licensed?
fyi I've got great results asking the @vark community. sign up for an account at http://aardvark.com - I've got so many legal advice back it's unreal!

"Testing out the LR2/Mogrify plugin for Lightroom to insert watermark at a visible size, but is this too big for CC-BY-NC-ND use? I can't decide. Here's a photo where I size down to 30% width but it looks almost too small to be visible. I can't make up my mind. Help me! Much thanks to Jeff P. Henderson on FriendFeed for letting me know about it at the first place!"

It's pretty small. Can you use the CC 3.0 symbol, to help make it more identifiable? I'm struggling with the same issue.
