Just sold a great home to my buyer and they only paid 95% of list price while the current market average in around 97%. 2% on a high 380K home is substantial savings.

JUNK SHOT: An attempt to stop a hole or leak by filling it with trash. ie. The BP oil engineers are trying to stop the oil leak by doing a junk shot and filling the blow-out preventer with golf balls and shredded tires.
