SUMMARY: Imagine FriendFeed meets Techmeme. On socialmedian, users set up News Networks (ostensibly mini Techmemes) based on any topic(s) they are interested in and populated with content from the news sources they specify. It’s all fully user-customizable. What interests me most about socialmedian is the filtering. Now, i can follow just the aspects of the person I find interesting. Emerging memes, trends, news I want.
