in SL since '03, I like virtual worlds, collaboration and social neworking systems. I'm looking for pleasant chat and a place where my questions get answers.
Is the Second Life behind the firewall version "Nebraska" something that could be used profitably to make an "Adult" content virtual world, something that would compete with things like Red Light Center and enable Linden Lab to move the adult content from Zimbra completely out of the main Second Life grid, thus having a Linden operated grid more...
Anyone know about see-through monitors, that let you put a camera behind the monitor, or other methods of combining a monitor with a camera, such as having a grid of light-emitters interspersed with light-detectors? You can't really search for the phrase "transparent monitor" because of all the posts about photoshopped fake "transparent monitors".
Are the any particular techniques that are useful for keeping one awake while seeing endless repetitive comments about Twitter lists?

Friendfeed is very simple to use, with a nice clean, uncluttered look. It's much less confusing than Facebook, and much more powerful than Twitter.
I'm not supposed to tweet about having twitter lists. I don't 8 people I'd want to give a Wave invite to. Sigh.
If you get accepted into Wave, but have no use for it for business, and don't have any friends in the physical world, and for that matter don't have any friends in the e-world, how do you find people to Wave with?
This is not a hypothetical question. I used two of my invites for my daughters. Both daughters always say they are too busy whenever I suggest anything that would take time on their parts, so I don't know that they are likely prospects for waving with.

I want to post from hellotxt to twitter and friendfeed. I want to post from twitter to friendfeed. I just posted from hellotxt, which sent the message to twitter and friendfeed. The message appeared in friendfeed twice. I'm not aware this was happening before. What do need to do to make it such posts appear where should one time only?
