I am certainly with Lawrence Lessig in his intent here, but he must know the long uphill slog he'd face getting the Constitution amended like this. So what's going on? Is he taking an extreme position so that "middle ground" lands squarely on his side of the argument? Just trying to continue the conversation around this issue? Or is it a recognition that given the Consitution as it is, the long haul to an amendment is the only way to truly address the issue? - Chuck Falzone
