"That's pretty cool. Love new analytic tools. I still haven't found the way to capture customer data though. People on average do not like sharing it verbally but there is no real way to capture it otherwise. Love Vend to put some time into finding mechanisms to capture this info. Ideating--Hand over the iPad with a quick and easy customer data sheet, a link on a ticket, a url for reviewing the product, a companion application.. not sure what the best idea would be but I've captured very few people in 7 months even if their fans." - Andy Ciordia
