John Stephenson and I each purchased a new name. I chose 'pediaplus', to allow for our development beyond an encyclopedia (e.g., open-access publishing). John may wish to discuss his idea.

IMO everyone is "right" here. In an ideal world, with plenty of volunteers available, I would prefer someone to be ombudsman who is not also part of the rest of management. However, our reality right now is one of not enough volunteers for even the us...
