I think it would be not all that difficult to quantify what people should be looking for. Thinking back at Robert Scoble PRE Microsoft gig, what were they looking for, and what did they get? Then run a comparison, and pull those out as a JD. Ohh - blog post coming I think on this one. Thanks!
