DO ANYBODY NO MONIQUE
What is a ham hock? I love them, and eat them a lot, but I have no idea what part of the pig they are. For all I know, it could be the scrotum, and I just know they taste good in my beans and greens.

Shhh ham hocks are one of the few remaining cheap cuts that are perfect to flavor a pot of beans. Do NOT make them popular.

Love them! I make a bean soup with chorizo and spinach that uses hocks! It's totally nomalicious!
