I'm a fan of writing structured text using plain text conventions like this. I use rst for README files. I hadn't thought of using it to write RFCs. nice!

pretty ambitious... (a) how does flash fit into the open source model? (b) I notice they use a freenode IRC channel; I wonder if chromium does/will support that
