Awesome, except that so many people using IE6 are in stoopid environments where they don't have administrator rights to their machine. They probably desperately want to use something else, but their school/company relies on some oracle intranetware that will only run in IE6 and the IT group doesn't want to support multiple browsers. Someone needs a facepunch, but probably not one self-delivered.

@Directeur- yeah, but "how" we sell today has changed a great deal. Probably more indirect than ever with peers being a determining factor in what we look into. Current economic context has money = value. That's why it's so hard for organizations to think that the social Web has value... work in progress, like human nature.

Io continuo a credere, invece, che sarebbe meglio pensare a far bene il proprio lavoro di comunicatori (con l'azienda as is) invece di volere cambiare le aziende per adattarle alle esigenze (presunte) della comunicazione... Lo trovo addirittura presuntuoso, il voler stabilire (da uomini di marketing/pr) che un'azienda debba cambiare modello/struttura/offerta.

le banche (e società telefoniche, ad esempio) devono fornire degli indici trasparenti in modo da poter confrontare le varie società. Parlare di social web quando partono denunce diffide e quant'altro nel caso io parlassi male di una banca (vedi post precedenti di Tambu e Beggi) non ha tanto senso.

Bello spunto Gianfranco. Infatti è quello che vedo succedere quasi quotidianamente da anni coi nostri clienti, ruoli che si allargano, restringono, fondono, rimettono in discussione. io riprendo da quanto detto da Gino T, ovvero vedo molta più attenzione, in azienda, a cosa fa un concorrente, invece che cosa sta facendo il cliente. Anche in questo momento di grande crisi prevale l'attenzione verso in concorrenti. E la conversazione appare troppo lontana ed inefficace per i traguardi che vengono richiesti.

Grazie del chiarimento, Marco. Ammetto di avere una visione delle cose molto piu' ampia del semplice adetto alle comunicazioni. Colpa della mia educazione italiana e della passione per il comportamento della gente. Franceso, lo scrivo in inglese perche' mi viene meglio - companies care about two things 1) making a profit 2) managing risk. People are constantly looking at what others are doing (Herd behavior). Combini queste due tensioni e hai l'industria di consulenza - benchmarking invece che bench pressing (fare qualcosa di originale).
