Nagios calls itself an "open source host, service and network monitoring program". In reality, though, it's more of a monitoring framework, in that it allows an administrator to quickly fold the one-liners they use to gather information right into the configuration. Add to this the numerous plugins available, and you can easily integrate Nagios with monitoring tools you already use, like RRDTool or MRTG.

I always forget to configure it. Also don't forget to add the key if the assembly is signed.... Move cursor to “Code Coverage” line and press Configure button or make double click on line. Assemblies selection window will be opened.

VS.NET takes the text shown in intellisense tips from an XML file that is provided in addition to the assembly (for example, a DLL). The XML file must have the same name as the corresponding DLL with ".xml" appended and has to be placed in the same folder as the assembly (assembly "Foo.dll", XML file "Foo.dll.xml"). Looks like this should work, but it doesn't.

I'm not sure I can tell what's happening here, which is perhaps some of the point. WikiLeaks calls this an indiscriminate killing, but during the period of the video I watched I'm not sure I would agree. Disturbing.
