I, as an individual, desire to love all.
This has made possible exponential growth and development. It has also been the source of an exponential growth of suffering.
The concept of property, of ownership, is a very new concept in the very long history of human beings.
For this to happen trade and exchange between individuals must occur.
Other systems insist that we each, as individuals, direct and fulfil our own destinies.
Many belief systems hold that we, meaning sometimes all self aware beings, other times all life, or simply all that exists, are one.
