The FF guys and gals are serial entrepreneurs. They enjoy creating and doing things on their own. Guaranteed they will leave FB at some point in the next 3 to 5 years if not sooner. Someone from the originals will leave in the next 6 months. - CW™

Gary may not like telecommuting, but the reasons given for employees leaving are usually framed so it doesn't reflect badly on either the company or the individual. The most common one is "leaving to spend more time with family." - Cristo
