i could barely do 5 pushups, in 2 weeks im doing 3 sets by 30 pushups feeling stronger than ever, now trying to quit smoking :)
@ConcretelyA not eating alot, moving around, drinking on the beach,swimming, exausting urself probably not the best way to lose weight but..
