Have been forcing myself to learn Ruby on Rails, i understand why its so useful now. So much faster to do things that take ages in php

django and similar automated frameworks are very weird compared to writing code the normal way, nowhere near as fun to build
started looking at Django + pyjamas for python based web development, Django is like Ruby on Rails but without the dodgy ruby language

Finally finished my first ever web dev project for $client, being team leader is kinda tough at times but rewarding ;)
@alonswartz python has too many GUI choices, a wierd py-javascript hack and limited server side. Works great for console dev tho
@alonswartz i have looked at python ages ago, i never found a reason to use it. I will look into server-side python if its worth it
Started using turnkey linux LAMP version for web dev, works very well indeed. :) Never knew could get linux shell through browser

Switching from PHP to Perl, i can't help changing languages lol. ppl say perl is not as dodgy as PHP. so prolly worth a try...

There sure is a lot of hate on aion, people randomly and agressivly saying how bad other countries are, unbelivable and very sad indeed.
