Remember AOL - Time-Warner :) Honestly, even though I think the rumor was already sqooshed, it might make a pretty good marriage. Dave Winer posted a podcast on FriendFeed. It was not only a good podcast, it was an impressive tour de force. A commenter asked him how he posted audio on FriendFeed, and DW responded, "I'm a programmer. I wrote code." Well, I can't write code like Dave but I managed to fake an audio post using Utterz, Skitch, and Jottit. You can play back the audio in only three clicks and two page loads. Wow. - Jonathan Leavitt
I can post audio to FF just fine using Noiseriver. No kludge, the programming is already done by directeur, Noiseriver's developer. Just use Noiseriver's Share Something, click on "add a sound" and paste in the URL to an mp3. Try it, noiseriver.com - Dread Pirate PJ

Thanks for the mention Dread! In fact, not only you can share audio just with a click, but you can share as many audio as you want, mix them with pictures, and link the whole entry to an other URL. I LOVE to do so with my "Jazz related posts", I usually post a pic, with a tune or two, and link the thing to a wikipedia page about the Artist --even FriendFeed doesn't offer this in its UI ;-) - directeur
