The text in the tabs, the tab in the address box and the text for the bookmarks are tiny to what they were. Also all the menus are the same, rubbish! :-(

I find it strange that an app that looks so complex, with so many group, activity, and timeline features—for a service that became wildly popular because it is drop-dead simple—is being marketed to "people who value their time."

Looks good and promises syncing between the desktop and iPhone clients. For that reason alone it's well worth a try, when it's finally available

It seems that commentators consider they are fighting it but I think FF has alot of different things to offer like trending information that has had lots of comments or likes. Neither Twitter nor Facebook does this. You could argue that twitter has hashtags and the search but this is limited. Just adding a comment makes the FF experience very different. I actually block all tweet without comments or likes... they just completely degrade signal to noise for me.

I use a "no twitter" filter (-service:twitter) for noise reduction, but don't mind the tweets most of the time.
