"Bradmo, I understand and think you're 100% correct about how our experiences affect our present day decisions. As I sat down to write this entry, I recall many memories. Be it good, bad, or other, they all had some kind of an effect on me. There isn't enough time or room to spell out how every person touched my life, although I wish I could. At this point, my goal was to express the fact that I find our history special. Years ago, I ran into an old flame. She had a way of minimizing our time together as a childhood crush or mere puppy love. If we look at that time through our present day glasses, it may be exactly how she describes it. We were young, but those memories invoke strong feelings that cannot be ushered away. Feelings of love, hate, fear, anger, and the like are timeless emotions.
