That's going to put a lot of pressure (an opportunities) on people working on eBay's alternatives - Daniel Gergès
je pense que que c'est normal, à partir du moment ou tes responsables de ce que tu vends sur ton site, puis cela va permettre de proteger les petits créateurs qui n'ont pas les moyens de faire un procès a Ebay comme LVMH - tintin via twhirl
Well, honestly the jumping stuff is OK in moderation, but to base a whole workout on it is kind of asking for trouble. Better to include some explosive, jump movements with more traditional squat and lunge moves. P.S. I'm a former Personal Trainer. - Zach Landes
I prefer the throwing people training called Aikido. - Tad - just Tad
@Zach I was thinking the same. It is really important to vary your workout routine in order to constantly improve and avoid injury. - Kevin D. White
I'm not in shape enough to do any of those. - Vince DeGeorge
@Vince Never do something you are not comfotable with. For most people, this stuff is a great way to destroy their knees. I do a some of this stuff as part of my warm up but would never recommend it for someone that is not already in excellent shape. - Kevin D. White
Guess who's going to have knee problems later on, particularly patella tracking issues... Most of those exercises were good, but quite a few were too hard on the knees. - Raoul Pop
So far it looks suspciously like PT... and yes, my knees are now shit - Michael W. May via twhirl
I used to do stuff like this in bootcamps before a chronic knee injury came back and put an end to all of the jumping stuff I tell you, my thighs were like ROCKS. I still do prisoner squats (although my trainer called them military squats), and I do that inverted hamstring move. I do single leg squats as part of rehabilitation from the knee injury. - Cecily Walker
the problem is to remember all that stuff before going to exercise. No way I will be able to remember it. - Loic Le Meur
Yoga is a better option. You're moving slowly but it involves more muscle groups and requires balance. Anyway, you need some sort of stretching routine to warm up before you try this explosive movement stuff. - Bill Koslosky
Yoga doesn't provide the same benefits of the explosive nature of these types of exercise, which are intended to be performed very late in a training cycle when you're in good-enough shape to be able to handle them without injuring yourself. They will be hard on your knees if your body isn't prepared for them, and even for someone who is, they won't have knee problems later on if they do them correctly. - Andrew Bonventre
that sounds nice, loic! so are these videos on seesmic public timeline, too? or are they just personal and private? if they are public, how do you avoid spam? - Timo Heuer
Timo: they are on the public timeline over at Seesmic too. - Robert Scoble
Timo: the videos go to Seesmic in your friend timeline if you follow me but not in the public timeline yet, we want to add a related url first - Loic Le Meur via twhirl
