Because other than lean meat, items that have had their fat reduced are typically higher in sugars (like dairy items).

When I picked up my kids for the weekend, I was introduced to Vera the Enormous Spider. I took these with my iPhone, which doesn't have a macro lens. Vera appears to be a Golden Silk Spider. She has a mate who is so small, he really doesn't show.
