As an MVNO we'll still be reliant on third-parties but it's my job to ensure we partner with the correct people for the job and have SLAs where required. Stuff breaks though and it's how you deal with the breakages that counts. I have been publicly critical of other MVNOs in the past when they have failed to meet my expectations when dealing with outages and I'd expect my customers to be just as critical if not more so."

"I agree, in an ideal world we wouldn't need a customer service line and we'll certainly be doing everything we can to make sure our customers don't need it. Sometimes things do go wrong though and sometimes things can be bit confusing so when that happens it's important to provide great customer service over the phone, e-mail and of course social media."
