Darrell just enjoyed a small dish of fresh strawberries with vanilla ice-cream. Even though it was "no sugar added" Breyers double churn vanilla sure tastes nice. They do a nice creamy vanilla. And I don't feel my blood sugar rising like I do with regular ice-cream.

I was interested in looking for a good picture of my "pet" dragon. My "Dragons" have been with me for 15 or so years. I think I would be scared to propagate them by decapitating them though... you cut off the growing head and put that in a vase... or I guess a real good pot of growing mixture, then the stem will sprout two new growing heads (shades of Heracles and the Hydra) and the old head sprouts roots growing a new body. Anyhow this shows younger plants like mine and a very mature multi trunked one... something other pages don't show.
