We like Apple. The battery on my 18 month old MacBookPro is knacked. Apple have agreed to a free replacement because "I'm a good customer". Batteries are not covered by the extended AppleCare warranty. I should add before anyone shouts down Apple reliability and quality etc that an older MacBookPro still has 3.5 plus hours battery life.
