No. I don't think it was. But it didn't stop me from being massively disappointed to find that Apple hadn't done anything to fix this when I played with the beta. I'm encouraged to hear that the Snow Leopard version of Safari will have sandboxes that'll prevent the browser from crashing when Flash does.

I'm assuming this is the Glims glitch again. Glims fixed this for the beta release, but perhaps not for the latest release. Do you happen to have Glims installed?

I only read second-hand coverage of the Keynote, so I must have misunderstood. I thought that was going to be a feature in the new Safari. If it's Snow Leopard only, does that mean it won't work in Leopard?

I'm curious if anyone has noticed any instability in this release so far. It seems stable enough to me, and I've had a ton of tabs open. I'm curious why Google made such a fuss about keeping users away from it. However, I have noticed a couple of strange but mostly inconsequential issues. For one thing, when opening a couple of tabs from the same page, they always appear as "Untitled" until I click one of them--And then the titles for the rest of the tabs appear. Another weird issue is that my bookmarks don't seem to populate the menu when the browser launches. I'll usually have to check back after a couple of minutes and then they'll be there. In any case, I'm hugely appreciative that Google decided to finally release this. While there are some obvious features missing, I've seen huge speed boosts, and even the developer release seems to be a great deal more stable than both Safari and Firefox.
