Mrs. K is making hummus... On purpose!
It's always a treat when you make it by accident. "Oh my garlic chick-pea flapjacks are too runny.. but.. hey!!... this stuff tastes awesome on a pita!" ;) - Michael Greene

There is something very satisfying about giving away possessions, cleaning out the clutter from life.
And giving takes away all the hassle of posting pics in Craigslist.. :) - Michael Greene
And with a bunch of librarians-to-be as friends on Facebook, it is pretty easy to give away books :) - Maureen

"Like a lot of sushi places, this isn't much to look at, but there's ample seating if you want to eat in. They've got a varied selection and a few originals worth trying (check out the Maple Roll),…" - Michael Greene

FaceBook bought FriendFeed??! So much for feelin' all superior & stuff.. http://www.globalnational.com/Faceboo...
Or should I have commented on here rather than FB... this is where I get confused with how I will use FF. - Maureen
Well.. I use the FF app in FB, so I 'use' FF to watch my activity in various soc net services (youtube, diigo, etc.) and report back to FB. That app makes it easy to see how the two services could be totally integrated, although FF is currently a bit more 'public' than is FaceBook (maybe that's just my own prejudice). - Michael Greene

@dbarefoot I thought iTunes controlled access by the country of your credit card, not your IP address?
IP address determines your default store's nationality. You can visit any store you like and browse. You just can't *shop* at any store you like (because of your credit card's country). :-\ - Michael Greene

Vancouverites are going nuts with fireworks tonight
Yes... as a back-East'er, I don't get that... There's something about fireworks that's just... I dunno.. Un-Spooky. Startling sometimes, I'll give them that. - Michael Greene

“These early ‘Sesame Street’ episodes are intended for grown-ups, and may not suit the needs of today’s preschool child.” - http://www.reddit.com/r...
Just to be clear, the bit before the comma is a bald-faced lie, and the part after is a horrifying indictment of 'today's preschool child''s parents. - Michael Greene
