The timing complain is utter stupidity. MS should not work at the convenience of people who deny the terms of service. I do, however, agree with the point made about the other Xbox Live services which aren't related to gaming. Why should a user no longer be able to update their console, purchase arcade titles, etc. These activities have nothing to do with pirating games. I think banning gold benefits is perfectly acceptable, but why remove the silver benefits which bring in potential revenue? - Derick Valadao
