Day 1 of a PADI Divemaster Course completed today. Impressive gear exchange completed!
Just unfollowed someone whose Signal-to-Noise ratio is too high. While I want to follow, don't make it such hard work for me!
Can't believe that at 7.15pm on a Friday evening I got a telemarketing call "on behalf of the Aust Communications & Multimedia Authority"
Kicking off a PADI Divemaster Course at United Divers Wollongong tomorrow.
If you blast 10 tweets in a row, all within 1 minute, your signal-to-noise ratio is too high. You start to look like a spammer.
@mspecht Always a safe assumption to start with @telstra and then rule them out if its not them ;-)
Its hot in Sydney today!
Welcome PADI Course Director Will Wellbourn (@deepwilly) to Twitter!
@scubamarketing Meetings are one thing I don't miss from my corporate life. I still have them, but they're mostly productive these days
Brizzly seems to be the best desktop twitter (and facebook) interface I've played with
@mspecht thats alright - should be fine by lunchtime
RT @joelcomm: Maybe instead of "What's happening",Twitter should just ask "Huh?"
@DarcyKieran Tweetie all the way Darcy!
Clue to Twitterers: If you post 21 tweets within the space of a minute, you look like a spammer, especially when the tweets aren't related
RT @echeng: Google contact sync warning: it screwed up formatting of all my addresses (from Mac OS X). Back up before you try!

@scubamarketing How many inboxes do you manage?
Exploring brizzly as a very cool web based Twitter portal. Very nice! Here's an invitation, good for 10 people. http://brizzly.com/signup...
@scubamarketing a slow server can ensure that you avoid being too darn productive!
Welcome @AgnesMilowka to Twitter. Ag is a cave diver extraordinaire, and is my co-host on The @SurfaceInterval Show podcast (when we do one)
@gtdguy good to see you're human too!
@scubamarketing tv definitely has a brain rotting effect.
@bronwen good luck. A voice like yours is needed!
@DarcyKieran If you want mystery, stuck with windows. If you want magic, there's a Mac for that ;-)
@GuusvdBosch Actually don't know much about it! Was probably at DEMA when things started

A Branding Lesson From PADI and DEMA - http://newscubamarketing.com/brandin...
Excellent insight into the branding success of PADI at DEMA. In addition to the points Nick has listed, a key thing I noted was that every member of the PADI team, apart from being dressed distinctively in red, was on message throughout the entire show. Of course, they were willing to discuss any relevant topic, but it was very clear that each member of the team had been briefed about a handful of key topics (new IDC, Boy Scouts of America, PADI TecRec, Public Safety Diver, etc), and each spoke consistently about each topic. - Des Paroz

@scubamarketing The other thing about PADI branding at DEMA was that all the people in red shirts were consistently on message, all the time
