Has anyone actually gotten their copy of STSE2/Net Effect? I can't tell you how frustrating it is to get email saying "read this article" or "watch this video" when the package never showed up on the doorstep . . . or am I the only one?

I'm in the UK and mine hasn't arrived yet. I have a friend in the US who said someone has twittered that theirs has arrived, but I'm not hearing widespread reports of them arriving.

Hmmm, interestingly enough I haven't yet received my package nor a reply to my inquiry regarding the shipping. I ordered, and was debited, on September 9th. Even it being an international order I would have expected the package by now. I agree, it is a bit frustrating to get the emails without any way to take action. Contact the company. In the meantime, create a label or folder, for those emails so you can easily refer back to them when your package does arrive. By labels, I'm referring to gmail.

I haven't received mine yet, either. I agree that it's frustrating to be receiving emails telling us to implement stuff from the vids when we can't watch 'em. A few days ago, they sent out an email explaining that their distribution service has been overloaded. So now I don't feel so impatient. I just needed to know what the deal was. (I'm in the US).

Many of the small teams will be diminished by now so organising wider meetups for UK 30Dcers is a great idea for the coming months. Some of us who made it to Piccadilly today will be keen to try and pursue this, even if its only a dozen or so that can make any one specific day. I suggest October, maybe the first Sunday.

I think this is a good thing - its a computer and if malware gets out there - it's important to disable - The way they communicated this though sux - anybody who consults to Apple on this should be pummeled....

Seems like the press have been following Frank Kern's advice ;o) Seriously though, Ed's comment is correct - Apple have always said that they are more worried about malware on their network than anything, which is why they took so long to allow 3rd party apps in the first place. Look at it this way, if your iPhone becomes your one-stop-shop internet and communications device, would you rather there was someone zapping the bad apps or would you rather leave it to chance that you won't lose all your data?

Google is just trying to figure out where to put you. It is normal at this early stage to "lose" your indexing but you will return shortly.

Also you could be seeing a Different Data Center. But new stuff shows quickly then goes bye bye to it's current ranking position and as you build links you will see it return. Could take over 30 Days however to see it come back.

1. Where is the I got ranked forum? 2. There's a bug on the 30dc forum, if you search for "i got ranked" it says the search is less than 4 words and so not valid. If you search for "i got ranked forum" it STILL says the search is less than 4 words. i see 4 words...

"to avoid just spammy lenses which are nothing but some EBAY mdoules and other sales modules plus links, squidoo adds NO FOLLOW initially. The quickest way to get out of this is : Just follow follwoing 3 steps: 1. Try adding few more text modules ...just one or two more. 2. Edit few times your lens over nest few hours. Say you already ahve a text mdoule, even if you don't add any text, just click EDIT then SAVE and then PUBLISH LENS. This way you are telling squidoo that you are making your lens fresh. And squidoo loves it. 3. Just RELAX have a cop of tea or coffe or even DRINK In Next 1-2 days your Lens will be runing without NO FOLLOW links. I hope this helps you" Good advice for squid lenses

Wendy, that is one pretty website. I looked into that market! But I think it was before I really understood how to look at Market Samurai and probably misinterpreted my results. I think I did that to a number of key words. maybe I will go back and check them out sometime.

There were lots of problems for the first hour, but Ed learn how to use Skype and the 2nd half that I saw (I had to leave about 1 hour 50 minutes into it) was pretty good. Ed & Guru Bob went over more MS charts mostly and I don't believe they were able to record any of it.

AFAIK last night's program wasn't recorded - @caro confirmed it during the show. FWIW it was mainly MS assessments, and there were a lot so they went quickly.

I have taken screenshots of MS competition for my keywords and wanted to know if anyone can tell me how to cover the keyword so I can submit them to the forums for discussion?
Just import the screenshot into a graphics program and crop the image so it just shows the data and not the keyword. Or, use a brush in the program and brush out any bits you don't want to show.

Can you find a niche companion product related to your service? For instance if you are a housekeeper, you could talk about clean household air and then link up to an air purifier as an affiliate product or sell an ebook about reducing allergens in the home.
