diving back into opensource tonight, got a tons of stuff to read and a new linux distro to make ! i'll base it either on ubuntu karmic or debian lenny.. I guess i'll first start with debian minimal for my server, ubuntu for my newer laptop and then get rid of mint, after i stole some of their ideas :) Won't finish tonight 'cause i've got 2 pc to...
Ben şöyle birşey düşünürdüm. Dövmede elinin derisi kenarlara doğru sıyrılmış, etler falan dışarı doğru çıkmış, el kemiklerin damarların falan görünüyor gibi birşey.

ah.. the eyes my most favorite mystic part. I like the concept.. : I've never had a tatoo, but it's not that i'm against it. It's just that you wear a tatoo. It used to have a meaning... I woudn't put a tatoo where everyone could see it. Remeber they are asshole who live among us and might be emprisonned by their prejudices, i would wanna waste time explaining them why i put that on my hand.. I would feel that a tattoo like this could give me superpowers though :)

well I’ve wrote some article but I seem to have lost them in my millions of bites…. so basically I have uploaded a very old version of the site. Things are slowly going to be reuploaded, and hopefully i’ll be able to keep my ninjam, emulinker and maybe quake server running.

VisualComplexity.com intends to be a unified resource space for anyone interested in the visualization of complex networks. The project's main goal is to leverage a critical understanding of different visualization methods, across a series of disciplines, as diverse as Biology, Social Networks or the World Wide Web. I truly hope this space can inspire, motivate and enlighten any person doing research on this field. Not all projects shown here are genuine complex networks, in the sense that they aren’t necessarily at the edge of chaos, or show an irregular and systematic degree of connectivity. However, the projects that apparently skip this class were chosen for two important reasons. They either provide advancement in terms of visual depiction techniques/methods or show conceptual uniqueness and originality in the choice of a subject. Nevertheless, all projects have one trait in common: the whole is always more than the sum of its parts.

the poprank® (1 to 10) is an algorithm that ranks urls according to their current popularity among the online community. it’s based on a purely democratic nature by using measurements based on several criteria across the most trusted and independent sources on the web and is derived over a period of around one and a half days. in addition, the third column of this top section features the most talked about stories from social messaging utility twitter.com in near real-time, thus making this news block a comprehensive blend of today’s best links.

"There is no provision for the moment that Hadopi makes sure, before issuing a warning or a sanction, that illegal downloading has effectively taken place from the IP address of a suspected Internet subscriber. It appears that between the IP address collection phase and the warning or sanction phase there will be a “notarisation and sampling” phase." Fuck.

HADOPI: "does not bring more money to artists, touches the fundamental rights and opens a breach into net neutrality allowing private interests to get hold of a judge in order to oblige an access provider to censure part of the net."
- Brad Kligerman
While it's very frightening to see the mesure taken by the govermement, I'm pretty confident that various application and tools will be released to counter or to render HADOPI "harmless"/"bulk". But WHERE does the monitoring of your connection START? I mean Using tools like VPN should bypass the law no? You can't monitor encrypted incoming/outgoing connection.. OR Can you? that's a sad...

Peut-etre extented cyberspace? e-cyberspace?

i think the expression "inworld" is pretty nice. because it suggest an inside/outside to the world. an like we can't be out from the physical world, to say "inwolrd" for the physical world has no sense. but talking about "to be in" to the virtual world has more sense. I like "inworld", but we can also say "the world without O2 .)

The time has come to at least be more specific on what will be done on the web site. Sure a blog is interesting but i have my own opinoin of blogs, and I’ve know myself to be lazy and unregular on posting several post on the same subject. I’ve always wanted to do my very own wiki with all the subject I’m interested in. But where ever I go, much nice artictes are written, with a better pager layout ect… It would be really nice to know what today’s normal user is interested in, what technologie he use, in order for me to have some writing inspiration. A very close friend of mine is currently focusing his attention from “classical” architecture to what some of you might have heard as inworld architecture. I’m not very good on the subject, but since he tend to represent various flow of data, mostly networked, it cought my attention. I’ve then wanted to make a simple explanation or a basic networking schematic but, I can’t seem to start anything so I write about it. Aside of that, now that...
