.Artist Katie Paterson melts meteorite down, re-casts it again
Title Mangler - improved

Katie Paterson is the young artist behind the 2007 work Vatnajökull (the sound of), where she invited people to phone a number to listen to the cracking ice inside Europe's largest glacier. She also transposed Beethoven's Moonlight Sonata into Morse code, bounced it off the Moon as a radio wave (causing portions of it to be "lost" in the shadows of the Moon), and then played the signal that came back on a self-playing piano.
