Danish 'family' arriving in Twin Cities on Saturday. I'm going to go up to see them for the 4th. I'd love to spend more time with them, but it isn't in the cards. Logistically, things were much simpler before the marital split. I'm reminded of this at every major holiday, birthday, graduation, etc. #CantGoHomeAgain
The Danish family is *your* family, right? Shouldn't you be getting the priority? - Spidra Webster
You're in the Twin Cities? How did I miss this? I'm a bad neighbor. :( - Lisa | #TeamMonique from Android
@Spidra, in this case the 'family' is/are by way of the host family that erstwhile spouse lived with in DK. I've also spent much time with them there, and here in the U.S., so I feel that they're my family,as well. (Just not blood relatives.) They actually asked if I would be there during their visit, so I think the feeling is mutual. @Lisa, I'm actually in Wisconsin, but my kids (and ex) are in the Twin Cities. - Jkram|ɯɐɹʞſ from Android
