What happns to people like me that spent the $$$$ to buy the product and what about single sign on, got 800 people that work here.. who going to deal with linking SAAS to M$ AD ?

Allaire, Macromedia and now Adobe. Adobe done a poor job to support the Macromedia Breeze customers that spend $40k+ to buy the product to run in house, due to all the problems around doing MS AD intergration, also keep charging us $10k a year for support which is done via e-mail. They have a poor poor sales team since the Adobe take over. The WebEx team stayed away from the might Cisco sales team and very might stilled focused on the right stuff. I think WebEx will win, once Cisco works out how to mix its PBX customers with SaaS WebEx. Only thing that keep us on Adobe Connect is their training system keep track of our training and certification, which WebEx and LiveMeeting do a poor job on.
