Good post about Social Media etiquette! One thing that the writer forgot to mention and I think it is crucial especially that there is SEO in his blog post title, is that what ever you or someone else writes about your brand on an open Social Media network like Friend Feed it is reflected in the Search Engines. So we say it here Google serves it to its users! I cannot stress the relevancy of this with respect to SEO and especially the abuse that can be inflected by Black Hat SEOs via SM networks. - Igor The Troll
