Im using it. Pros is that you get to blast out messages to multiple services at once. Some might find that its send-only set-up is a con. I don't. - Maki
Ping.FM as a service is great, especially because no matter what service they decide to use, you can have a presence there. My original intent was to be able to send updates about blog posts to "mainstream" social networks like Myspace, Bebo, and Hi5. However, I discovered that many of those networks don't allow links out. So, while I have found success with building profiles there and keeping them active with announcements of new blog content, for the most part, users have to manually type out my blog address.
