So they're going to send letters to people how have already driven through the tram gates in the first two months. Plus, when coming down from Middlewood, if you follow the "All Other Traffic" sign, it doesn't actually take you to the other side of the tram gate, you end up at owlerton Stadium, at the same time it increases traffic down the very thin Taplin Road and clogs that street up instead. - Stuart Grimshaw

(cont) The one at the bottom of the Wicker is even better, it directs you down little back streets to the new inner ring road, away from Spittle Hill, where you can only turn left, even further away from Spittle Hill. I really don't understand how these things are supposed to improve traffic, they just confuse everyone and shift the problem elsewhere. - Stuart Grimshaw
