Last.fm still doesn't do a great job of helping me find new music despite the fact that it has so much data on me. The main reason is that it doesn't hook into all the other social nets to find out who my friends are and I can't be bothered to set up another entire social graph. Interoperability between the social graphs of these 'social sevices' is an absolute must. - Alex Gawley
