In Chelsea, the drill hall of Pevsner's 'sturdy Tuscan portico' that fronts the 1801 Royal Military Asylum for the Children of Soldiers' Widows (more recently known as the Duke of York's) will open as the new permanent home of the Saatchi collection next month. - joh
