"Hi Rob, <OpenID directory>/complete_openid_login - can be any real path on your server. The complete_openid_login is the second leg of the OpenID protocol. When you instigate OpenID login you redirect the user to a URL on the OpenID providers server and you tell the OpenID provider to redirect the user back to a path on your server when the user is finished. Therefore when a user goes to complete_openid_login you call your OpenID library to check whether the user has been authenticated or not and what their authenticated OpenID URL is.
