Whenever I see Mike reference Dell Online, I think back to when we worked together there and he handed me this 3 foot long plastic Fred Flintstone/BamBam club and told me to go make people stop doing stupid things to Dell.com. 8-) It was all HTML then and they could put up blinking animations and all kinds of silly stuff.
