@mitchell - lefthanded chopstick use does freak people out, was in China in 87, wait staff amused by half dozen Europeans not capable of using chopsticks. I could use chopsticks but only in my left hand, staff either tried to convince me to use them in my right hand or just look horrified. - Nick Cowie
