I spent just six short weeks in Europe over the summer and got used to little or no tips. Now I'm all confused. its not a matter of tip/don't-tip its a matter of what is an acceptable amount of tip. Some people say 20%, expense limits say 15% and now ksw is recommending 30%. I just wish I could tip people who deserve it and give none to the bad-terrible servers. - Joe
