On my Flickr profile page I ask to link back to my blog if somebody uses my CC-licensed images, but I never make any issues if they don't (they never do). If I'm contacted directly, I always offer to do something custom for free or better version, higher resolution etc. Some people tend to spend too much time fighting for attribution instead of doing more stuff worth sharing/attributing (it's like in science, isn't it?) - Pawel Szczesny
