@Steven: Very sorry about your hosting issue, that's hard to believe though I remember one day ours simply unplugging our server after they received some abuse message without any investigation (and it resulted in about 10 hours of downtime. So experience shows that hosting companies can do tons of peculiar things we can't avoid and have to deal with constantly. - Svetlana Gladkova
