@Jon I have it form a reliable source that they are a ways from having a 32GB or higher iPhone. It has to do with how much room is available within the chassis of the iPhone. With the extra things required for cellphone their isn't enough room available for the two flash ram chips needed for 32GB. - Mathew Ballard
I'll upgrade to the iPhone 3G when they have a 32GB model and official support for tethering. Otherwise, I'll wait for the next generation which will hopefully have better battery life. - Rick Huizinga
@Rick I was wanting to wait until a 32GB. But, I don't think it will happen for a couple more years. Plus the battery will have to be improved greatly before I could use it as my iPod and phone. - Mathew Ballard
