"We have had this law in Chicago for quite some time. But I always see people on cell phones. On average, waiting to cross a street on the north side of chicago, I'll see 20 cars go by, with probably 10 of them on cell phones. Not sure who are hands free, because you don't see a lot of bluetooths here, I think they sell more on the south side." - Venson Kuchipudi
