Oh my god, the "push" meme is returning. It feels like 1996 again with PointCast. Wired.com can just reuse their old push coverage :) To be honest, this time around there is enough bandwidth to support the model, so it might actually turn into a usable back-end service for some aggregators, but I still think that the future is in a distributed pub/sub substrate instead of such centralized pull-to-push converters. - Vlado Handziski
